Payment Terms

Default Rate: The customer can cancel the reservation for free until 7 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay 50% of the total price if cancelled during the 7 days before the arrival date. If you cancel in the 48 hours before the arrival or do not show the day of the reservation, you will be charged 100% of the amount corresponding to the reservation. You pay during check in.

Tarifa no reembolsable: El cliente tendrá que pagar el precio total si cancela. Se paga por adelantado en el momento de realizar la reserva.

Normas de ocupación

The rates are calculated by type of apartment and the number of people who occupy it. Essential to provide this information. In case the number of occupants of the apartment does not coincide with the one indicated in the reservation, the rate will be updated by charging a supplement of the Order of €20 per additional person/night.

  • No discount will be made on the price of the flats if the number of people attending the reservation is reduced.
    Children under 2 years old can be accommodated for free in cribs.

  • No se admiten fiestas ni celebraciones en los apartamentos.
  • No se permite fumar en ninguna de las estancias.

Aparcamiento

There is a private parking nearby. It is necessary to reserve. Price: EUR 10 per day.

Check in / Check out

  • Entrance from 15:30h to 00:00h
  • Departure until 11:30h.
  • Key collection: Apartamentos Señorío de Haro does not have a 24-hour reception. To pick up your apartment keys please contact us.
  • Key delivery: In each building there is a mailbox where you leave the keys to your exit.

Damage and flaws

Guarantee Sheet: The customer will sign a conformity sheet of the conditions described in this section providing the number of a credit card as collateral.

El cliente una vez termine su estancia en el apartamento, lo entregará en idénticas condiciones en las que lo encontró a su llegada (local, mobiliario, enseres y demás equipamiento).

The customer shall communicate as soon as possible the damages or defects that have occurred in the accommodation during his stay.

Serán de cuenta del cliente, la reparación de todos los daños y desperfectos que pudiera haber causado en el local, mobiliario enseres y demás equipamiento por motivo de un uso inapropiado, así como la reposición por falta de algún elemento, o extravío de llaves (20€) y/o mando de garaje (50€).

The customer expressly authorizes the company Rehabitalia Tres, S. L, to charge on the credit card provided as collateral, damages and damage caused by the above point. In no case will the company proceed to carry out any charge on the card without prior communication to the customer. Rehabitalia Tres, S. L will not store the credit card data provided by the customer.
The client is informed that it is strictly forbidden to smoke both inside the apartment and in the common areas (portal, stairs and elevator). In the event of non-compliance with this standard, a penalty of €150 shall be applied to the credit card provided.

Pets are allowed on request. A surcharge of €10 per pet/day will be charged. Pets must always be accompanied by their owners. It is not allowed to leave them alone in the apartments, nor to go up to the beds or to the sofas. Bedding/towels will be for personal use only. In the common areas (portal, stairs and elevator), will be properly tied.

El huésped se hará cargo de tirar la basura que genera durante su estancia. El servicio de retirada de basura por el personal de los apartamentos Señorío de Haro supondrá un recargo de 12 € que se cargarán a la tarjeta indicada facilitada en este documento de garantía.
