Terms of payment

Default fee: The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date. If canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show on the day of the reservation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. To be paid during check in.

Non-refundable fee: The client will have to pay the full price if he/she cancels. It is paid in advance at the time of booking..

Late check in supplement:

Occupancy rules

Fees are calculated according to the type of apartment and the number of people occupying it. This information must be provided. In case the number of occupants of the apartment does not match the number indicated in the reservation, the rate will be updated charging a supplement of about 20 € per additional person / night.

  • There will be no discount on the price of the apartments if the number of people attending is reduced with respect to the reservation.
  • Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge in cribs.
  • Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 1.
  • No parties or celebrations are allowed in the apartments.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.

Parking

Private parking is available nearby. Reservation required. Price: 10 EUR per day.

Check in / Check out

  • Check-in from 15:30h to 00:00h.
  • Departure until 11:30h.
  • Key collection: Apartamentos Señorío de Haro does not have 24 hour reception. To pick up the keys of your apartment please contact us.
  • Key delivery: In each building there is a mailbox where you can leave the keys at your departure.

Damages and imperfections

Guarantee sheet: The client will sign a sheet of conformity of the conditions described in this section providing the number of a credit card as a guarantee.

Once the client has finished his stay in the apartment, he will return it in identical conditions in which he found it at his arrival (premises, furniture, household goods and other equipment).

The client will communicate as soon as possible, the damages or flaws that have occurred in the accommodation during his stay.

The customer will be responsible for the repair of all damages and flaws that may have been caused in the premises, furniture, belongings and other equipment due to improper use, as well as the replacement for lack of any element, or loss of keys (20 €) and / or garage door opener (50 €).

The customer expressly authorizes the company Rehabitalia Tres, S.L, to charge the credit card provided as a guarantee, the damages and flaws caused according to the previous point. Under no circumstances will the company proceed to charge the credit card without prior notice to the customer. Rehabitalia Tres, S.L. will not store the credit card data provided by the client.

The client is informed that smoking is strictly forbidden both inside the apartment and in the common areas (entrance hall, stairs and elevator). In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 150 € will be charged to the credit card provided.

Pets are allowed on request. A supplement of 10€ per pet/day will be charged. Pets must always be accompanied by their owners. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartments, nor are they allowed to climb on the beds or sofas. Bed linen/towels are for personal use only. In the common areas (doorway, stairs and elevator), they will be properly leashed.

Guests are responsible for disposing of the garbage generated during their stay. The garbage removal service by the staff of the Señorío de Haro apartments will incur a surcharge of 12 € which will be charged to the card indicated in this guarantee document.
